Workshop Series Title: Chit Chat with The Kindness Korner: A Self-Love Journey for Teen Girls
I’m currently hosting Chit Chat with The Kindness Korner: A Self-Love Journey for Teen Girls, a 3-part interactive workshop series in collaboration with IDEA Public Charter School.
This series is all about creating a fun and safe space for high school teen girls to foster connection, embrace self-discovery, and build confidence. Each workshop builds upon the last, guiding participants through meaningful activities and discussions that encourage them to reflect on their strengths, value, and personal growth.
The final session will be a powerful closeout designed to inspire the girls to step into their greatness, equipped with tools and a positive mindset to navigate their journeys with confidence and resilience.

Classroom Discussions & Presentations
I’m currently collaborating with Howard University to lead discussions and present to their social work classes about the broad and impactful field of macro social work. These classroom sessions focus on helping students understand how clinical skills can translate into macro-level practices, such as policy development, advocacy, and systems-level change.
The presentations aim to:
- Highlight the connections between clinical and macro social work.
- Inspire students to explore nontraditional social work roles.
