About — Who I Support

Who I Support

My practice currently focuses on supporting adults ages 18 and older through a variety of life experiences, transitions, and challenges. While I do not currently offer therapy for couples, families, children, or teens, these services may be added in the future. Wondering if we might be a good fit? Here are some of the areas I specialize in:

Life Transitions

Career changes, relationship shifts, moves, and those in-between seasons when life feels uncertain.

Anxiety & Stress

Persistent worry, feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, and the emotional and physical impact of ongoing stress.

Grief & Loss

Processing the loss of a loved one, relationship, role, life chapter, or a version of yourself.

Relationships

Navigating communication, boundaries, conflict, and connection in personal and professional relationships.

Boundaries & People-Pleasing

Learning to prioritize your needs, communicate limits, and step away from patterns of overextending yourself for others.

Identity & Self-Worth

Exploring who you are, strengthening confidence, and letting go of expectations that no longer align with your values.

Depression

Support for navigating persistent sadness, low motivation, disconnection, and the heaviness that can make everyday life feel more difficult.

Workplace & Leadership Stress

Managing workplace pressure, burnout, difficult dynamics, career expectations, and the emotional demands of leadership.

Emotional Well-Being

A supportive space to process, reflect, better understand yourself, and create meaningful change.
